Property Definitions
Commercial Property – Land, lot and or building relating to the buying and selling of goods or services done with the primary objective of making money.
Country Home- A home located in an area that is farmed or remains in a relatively undeveloped state, as distinct from cities, towns, and other built-up areas.
Estate Home- an area of rural, privately owned property that includes a large residence.
Farm | Ranch – Livestock farm on rangeland where cattle, sheep, horses, or other livestock are raised on large tracts of open land, especially in North and South America and Australia. Also could be a specialized farm or a large farm devoted to keeping a particular type of animal or growing a particular type of crop. Non specified amount of acres is required to be called a farm or ranch.
Live Water – A lot, are of land with naturally formed river, creeks, ponds from rain, snow, ice.
Lot | Acreage – A lot is a small area of land that has fixed boundaries. Acreage is a unit of area used in some countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, equal to 4,046.86 square mile/4,840 square yard each.
Recreational Property- Land, building or house used for pleasure or relaxation rather than work such as hunting, fishing, camping, swimming, canoeing, etc.
Residential – Private living accommodations used for long term living.
Residential 5+ Acres – Private living accommodations used for long term living on a unit of area used in some countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, equal to 4,046.86 sq m./4,840 sq yd each and in quantities of 5 or more.
River | Creek- A lot or area of land with a natural stream of water that flows through land and empties into a body of water such as an ocean or lake.
